Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and contains all essential terms of the agreement for the provision of informational and entertainment astrology services through the Sky Celestial platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").

Acceptance (full and unconditional acceptance) of the terms of this offer is considered to be the User's performance of the actions specified in Section 4 of this agreement.

2. Subject of Agreement

The Service Provider (Sky Celestial) undertakes to provide the User with informational and entertainment astrology services through the web platform, and the User undertakes to accept and pay for these services in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

The Platform provides access to digital tools and astrological content on a subscription or one-time payment basis.

3. Services Description

The Platform provides the following services:

• Natal Charts: Calculation of personal astrological charts based on birth date, time, and location using VSOP87 and ELP2000 algorithms for high-precision astronomical calculations
• Horoscopes: Personalized astrological forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) based on current planetary transits
• AI Assistant: Interactive AI-powered chat for astrological data interpretation, powered by OpenAI Agents SDK v2 with access to 12 specialized analysis tools
• Compatibility Analysis: Synastry and composite relationship analysis between two individuals based on natal chart comparison
• Cosmic Compass: Personal cosmic event timeline including planetary transits, lunar phases, retrogrades, and eclipses
• Additional Tools: Numerology, destiny map, lunar phase tracking, PDF data export

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with 30 days prior notice to the User.

4. Acceptance Procedure

Acceptance of this offer is considered to be the User performing one of the following actions:

• Registration of an account on the Sky Celestial Platform
• Payment for any service or subscription through the Platform payment system
• Beginning to use free Platform features after registration

From the moment of acceptance of this offer, the agreement is considered concluded and enters into force. The User must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

5. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is determined by current Platform rates and displayed in the User dashboard and subscription page. The Service Provider offers the following pricing plans:

• Free Access: Basic natal chart, general horoscopes, limited AI assistant access
• Premium Subscription: Full access to all features including personalized AI consultations, compatibility analysis, premium cosmic compass events

Payment is made:

• Through the Robokassa payment system (Visa, Mastercard, MIR bank cards, electronic wallets)
• Through NowPayments cryptocurrency gateways (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, other cryptocurrencies)

Payments are processed automatically. Access to paid services is granted immediately after payment confirmation by the payment system. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless the User cancels auto-renewal in account settings.

6. Service Delivery

Services are provided electronically through the Platform web interface at sky-celestial.ru and are available 24/7 with the User having an internet connection.

• Access to services is provided through the User dashboard after authorization
• Natal chart calculations are performed in real-time (typically within 5 seconds)
• AI consultations are provided through chat web interface with response within 30-120 seconds
• Calculation results can be exported to PDF format for saving

The Service Provider undertakes to ensure Platform technical availability of at least 99% uptime per month, excluding scheduled maintenance periods (with advance notice).

7. Rights and Obligations

7.1. Service Provider has the right to:

• Modify Platform functionality and service composition with User notification
• Suspend account access for violations of agreement terms or suspected fraud
• Use anonymized User data to improve service quality and analytics

7.2. Service Provider undertakes to:

• Provide services of proper quality in accordance with Platform description
• Ensure confidentiality of User personal data in accordance with Federal Law 152-FZ "On Personal Data"
• Provide technical support via email at support@sky-celestial.ru

7.3. User has the right to:

• Receive services in full accordance with the selected pricing plan
• Cancel subscription at any time through the user dashboard interface
• Request deletion of personal data in accordance with Russian Federation legislation

7.4. User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate data during registration and Platform use
• Not share account access with third parties
• Pay for selected services in a timely manner
• Not use the Platform for illegal purposes or malware distribution

8. Liability

Platform services are provided exclusively for informational, entertainment, and educational purposes. Astrology is not an exact science, and results are provided "as is" without any warranties.

The maximum liability of the Service Provider is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the specific service or subscription period in which claims arose.

The Service Provider is not responsible for technical problems arising from third parties (internet providers, payment systems, hosting providers), force majeure circumstances, or User actions.

9. Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy published on the Platform:

• Refund is possible within 14 days from payment date if services were not used
• To request a refund, send a request to support@sky-celestial.ru with order number
• Refund is processed using the same payment method within 10 business days

10. Privacy

The Service Provider undertakes to process User personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the Platform Privacy Policy.

Collected data includes:

• Registration data (name, email, birth date, birth location)
• Technical data (IP address, cookies, browser data)
• Usage data (request history, settings, preferences)

11. Amendments

The Service Provider has the right to make changes to the terms of this offer. The new version of the offer enters into force 30 days after its publication on the Platform, unless otherwise specified in the new version.

The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to the offer terms. Notification of changes is sent to the User email address specified during registration.

Continued use of the Platform after the new version of the offer enters into force means User agreement with the changes made. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must stop using the Platform and notify the Service Provider.

13. Duration and Termination

This agreement enters into force from the moment of User acceptance of the offer and remains valid until terminated by either party.

The agreement may be terminated:

• At User initiative by deleting account through dashboard settings
• At Service Provider initiative for User violation of agreement terms with 7 days notice
• Automatically after 365 days of User inactivity on the Platform

Upon termination, paid but unused services are subject to refund proportional to the remaining subscription period (except in cases of termination due to User fault).
