1. General Provisions

Sky Celestial is committed to providing high-quality services and complete customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy describes the conditions and procedures for refunding payments made through our platform.

This policy is developed in accordance with the consumer protection legislation of the Russian Federation and applies to all users of the Sky Celestial platform.

2. Subscription Refund Conditions

Subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By accepting the offer terms at the time of payment, the user confirms agreement with this condition in accordance with applicable Russian legislation.

  • Canceling a subscription stops auto-renewal but does not trigger a refund
  • Access to premium features is maintained until the end of the paid period
  • Auto-renewal can be canceled at any time in account settings

Important: The subscription provides immediate access to digital content. By paying for the subscription, you consent to the commencement of services before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

3. One-Time Purchase Refunds

For one-time purchases (individual reports, extended natal charts, compatibility reports), the following refund conditions apply:

  • Refund is possible within 14 days of purchase if the report has not been viewed or downloaded
  • In case of technical errors in calculations or data display - full refund without time restrictions
  • Cases of unsatisfactory interpretation quality are reviewed individually by customer support

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable after use:

  • AI consultations that have already been conducted and received by the user
  • Generated and viewed natal charts, horoscopes, numerology reports
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or exported to PDF
  • Lucky Coins (in-game currency) that have been spent on in-game purchases
  • Services whose promotional terms explicitly stated non-refundability

Please note: the generation or viewing of a report/chart is recorded by the system and considered when processing refund requests.

5. Refund Procedure

To process a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@sky-celestial.ru with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include in the email: order number, payment date, reason for refund, refund payment details
  3. Our support team will review your request within 3 business days
  4. If the refund is approved, funds will be credited within 10 business days
  5. You will receive an email confirmation about the status of your refund request

6. Refund Methods

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, MIR) - refund to the card used for payment
  • E-wallets (YuMoney, QIWI) - refund to the specified wallet
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT) - refund to sender wallet
  • SBP (Fast Payment System) - refund by phone number

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds:

  • When a service package is partially used - refund for unused services
  • In case of technical issues affecting service quality

The minimum partial refund amount is 100 rubles. With the user's consent, refunds of smaller amounts may be credited to the account balance as Lucky Coins.

8. Exceptions

The following payment categories are not eligible for refund:

  • Services purchased under promotions whose terms explicitly stated non-refundability
  • Gift subscriptions transferred to another user
  • Services used in violation of the Platform Terms of Service
  • Payments for which a full or partial refund has already been issued previously
  • Lucky Coins purchased through third-party platforms (if applicable)
