Sky Celestial is committed to providing high-quality services and complete customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy describes the conditions and procedures for refunding payments made through our platform.
This policy is developed in accordance with the consumer protection legislation of the Russian Federation and applies to all users of the Sky Celestial platform.
As a general rule, subscription payments are final. By accepting the offer terms at the time of payment, the user confirms agreement with this condition in accordance with applicable Russian legislation. Exception: subscriptions with auto-renewal have a 14-day refund window from each debit — see Section 3 for details.
Important: The subscription provides immediate access to digital content. By paying for the subscription, you consent to the commencement of services before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
For subscriptions with auto-renewal, the following refund terms apply in addition to the general rules of Section 2:
If an automatic debit occurred after the subscription was already cancelled at /subscription/manage due to a technical reason, the full amount is refunded without pro-rata calculation.
For one-time purchases (individual reports, extended natal charts, compatibility reports), the following refund conditions apply:

The minimum partial refund amount is 100 rubles. With the user's consent, refunds of smaller amounts may be credited to the account balance as Star Luck.

Subscription payments are final. However, in case of technical issues we review each case individually. Contact support within 48 hours.
After approval, funds are credited within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Email support@sky-celestial.ru with subject "Refund Request". Include order number and payment date. We respond within 24 business hours.
Star Luck spent on in-game purchases is non-refundable. Unused coins upon account closure may be compensated at support's discretion.
Duplicate charges are treated as priority. Email support with screenshots of transactions. Refund processed within 2 business days.
